I'm frankly amazed that this location at this time of year I've been missing. It's practically at the end of my road!

I used to spend so much time in these woods as a kid, building tree swings and dens. Playing hide and seek and getting muddied up constantly.

As an adult I never felt the need to go walking here and especially as a photographer, seeing the views in the Peak District, I'd just be wasting photography time! Or so I thought!

I've discovered some really nice parts of this woodland covered in bluebells and the best part is hardly anyone goes here. I've not seen a soul this eve!

My favourite part so far is this stream going through with #wildgarlic and #bluebells and what I think really adds to this scene is the tree with the exposed roots! How the hell it's still standing I don't know!

The wild garlic isn't quite there yet and the bluebells haven't got long so I'm planning on hitting this location a lot over the next week. Hopefully, I get some fab conditions.
